My second photoshoot in Paris, we went to the cemetery and we only had fifteen minutes to shoot before closing time, not only that but then it began to rain heavily. It was kind of the challenge try to direct, photograph, carry three heavy bags and an umbrella all at once, but I was able to get a few shots I really liked. Afterwards, we did a few quick portraits of a flower ensemble that I made on spot.

Photoshoot with Natalia
For my first shoot in Paris I got to photograph a beautiful Russian model. The photoshoot was really inspired by pre-raphaelite work, which has been a constant inspiration since I last viewed the painting on my last visit in Paris.

BEFORE/AFTER
I did a photoshoot today with Celina @ Mode Models, and my mua was Brenda, who I work with on almost all of my photo shoots. Anyways, I know people seem to like before and after shots, I know I definitely do, so I decided to post one.

We did a photoshoot where the old abandonned building was. We shot what was left of it. The entire series was done in black and white.

Photoshoot with Emily @ Mode Models
I did a wonderful shoot today with makeup artist Brenda and model Emily. I borrowed a black backdrop from my classmate to try it out to see if I wanted to get one myself. Recently, I've really started to enjoy studio portrait work. Something about shooting portraits is much more enchanting.
The whole shoot was based around a similar colour scheme - red, yellow, orange, pink and purple.

Photoshoot with Emily @ Mode Models
This is my first time shooting with Emily and I believe it was one of her first test shoots as well. The poor girl I made her go outside in -5C with snow, though I've done worse I still felt bad afterwards. In fact I over-exposed an entire outfit (the one with the umbrella) , not quite sure as to how I didn't notice and so I reshot at the end of the shoot.
It recently got featured in SYN Magazine June 2012. You can check it out here: (p.311-319): http://issuu.com/synmagazine/docs/issuefour

Photoshoot with Celina @ Mode Models
I finally got to see my lovely friend Celina after not seeing her for quite sometime. We did a relaxing photoshoot, just her and I. We shot with my new backdrop, just some simple portraits a and a few full length shots. It was nice to do a simple shoot without having to coordinate anything really, a nice change.

Photoshoot with Bryanna @ I Model Management
Today I did a wonderful shoot, we had a stylist who brought quite a few vintage items for the shoot. We went to an abandonned house to shoot, it was quite lovely. Interestingly enough we came across two groups of teenagers that were skipping school to hang out at the abandonned house, I thought that was kind of interesting.
