Photoshoot with Gillian & Joel

Today I did a photoshoot with my friends Gillian and Joel for an
online magazine called Tula. You can see the magazine here :
http://www.tulamagazine.com/ . The July issue should be
out relatively soon. We went to the same location as
the location with Gillian and Lindsay for their photoshoot.
Joel had assembled the outfits the night before and
I did the hair and makeup and I chose the location,
except for the graffiti which Joel spotted out while we were walking.
I'm not sure how many outfits we had in total.
I think something like eight.
We alternated between outfits and taking photos.
The only outfit that Joel and I both took photos of is the last one with the graffiti.
Later they all came to my house to process the photos so
they looked relatively similiar for the magazine,
because we didn't want mixed colors.
After Joel had left my house Gillian and I did a mini photoshoot ourselves with a book.
She took some photos of me and I took photos of her aswell.

Didsbury

Yesterday and the day before I went to Didsbury.
I took some photo's for Jaqueline and her family.
Jaqueline and I went to some barn's near her house
and the fields too. Then Georgi and Zoe wanted me
to take photos of them underneath a desk, so you
can see one of the picture's of Georgi. The next day
I took photos for the family. Which I was a bit nervous
but it was actually pretty fun!

Photoshoot with Tara

I did a photoshoot with my gorgeous friend Tara.
She has amazing long black hair and heavenly dark blue eyes.
We did three different outfits.
1. It involved a playdo heart I made many moons ago
and I decided I wanted to use it, so I put in it a jar with water.
It turned out pretty good I'm not going to lie.
The only thing was the playdo kind of dissolved in the water.
2. This one was with the poka-dot dress that
Jaqueline had been kind enough to lend to me.
It is a quirky dress and I love it ever so much.
This outfit I want to the most green grass possible.
3. One with a bright pink bed sheet and my parent's mirror.
The only thing with this is that many of the photos had to be changed to
black and white and sepia because they were just too bright.

quick photoshoot with one of her dresses. We also tried one
against her white wall, but that fail miserably.

Photoshoot with Daphne

I did a photoshoot with an old friend from Elementry.
We leave in the same neighborhood so the photoshoot
was convenient to get to, although it was made inconvenient
as I walked all the way to her house, and she was at another
bus stop. But I found her, so worries there.
We did three outfits, one was a dress that my mom's co-worker
gave me, and I had to take photos to show her.
The second was one with poofy hair and colorful clothing, not
to mention deadly purple high heels. I ended up walking in them
because Daphne's feet hurt so much, and even I couldn't walk.
I was walking in mud with my socks on half way! (Daphne was
wearing my shoes). Lastly was the third one, a bed sheet that
I salvaged that day, and I thought it would look good with her
complexion. After that she had to go home. But all was good!

Photoshoot with Angel

I did a photoshoot today with my friend Angel.
She came over and we wanted to do another jumping photoshoot.
We had a "dress" picked out, but then it seemed inadequate.
So I suggested we use balloons. We blew a whole bunch up,
but by the end of it there was only two that hadn't popped.
We went downtown too, to do an urban chique styled one
and also a geisha style one in the park. The geisha one was
hard, as there was a lot of people everyone on the bridge we'd
taken photos on. After we got home, and decided to take photos
in the wonder yellow light that hit the green grass.

Photoshoot with Gillian

So today I did a photoshoot with my lovely friend Gillian. She's oh so lovely. It was a rather rainy and wet day, I'm not going to lie. But it was full of adventure. We started off around my around, going outside near my house, I tied her up to atree, and tortured her. Noo, I'm just kidding. But I did tie her to a tree and shegot water in her eye numerous times from the falling rain. However no shadows appearedso I was happy. As I hate shadows from the branches of trees. Then we came into my house, experiement with plants and broken mirror pieces, before heading off else where.
Taking city transportation and hiking amongst large hills.Constantly slipping from the wet grass. It was rather unpleasant when dogs cameand started barking at us, making the only nose you could hear. I froze her, but Gillian's a tough girl, so really imagine ... -1 C, wearing a bathing suit pretty much, except it was a bathing suit, it was a dress. Also there was painful experience of braiding the hair which took longer than I hadanticipated.
Wow, I feel like I'm writing so negatively, but I can assure you it was fun.We then headed to warmer grounds, a heated underground parking lot. The security guardwatched us with curious eyes and asked us what we were doing, I simply said "We're doinga photoshoot" and he left without looking back.
After that Gillian spoiled us with warm tasty white hot chocolate from Starbucks. It ended there, with the sweet taste in our mouth.-n.
